For Etsy sellers, activate Automated Etsy Personalization. It effortlessly turns your customers' personalization requests into ready-to-fulfill designs. And for those on Shopify? Offer a real-time personalization view directly on your product pages. Your customers can preview their customization live, before they finalize their order.

Can I share my Shopify and Etsy subscriptions?

Yes, you can share your assets, such as collections and product templates, as well as the number of included orders.

How does the Automated Etsy Personalization work?

When you turn on Automated Etsy Personalization in the editor, our AI starts processing those product orders. So, if a customer sends a personalization message, Gelato can apply the personalization request to shape the order. You then have the choice: manually approve each order or let it happen automatically. If you want to change this setting, head to your Etsy store settings page.

Can I charge a premium price for personalized products?

Absolutely! You can elevate your average order value with personalized products. By giving customers a chance to add a personal touch, you improve a product's perceived value and can set higher prices.

How much does Personalization Studio cost?

Personalization comes in 5 tiers which can opt into based on the plan that makes the most sense for your order volume: Tier 0: €0/month + €1.00 transaction fee on all orders containing personalization Tier 1: €29/month + €0.50 transaction fee after 51st order Tier 2: €89/month + €0.35 transaction fee after 251st order Tier 3: €149/month + €0.27 transaction fee after 501st order Tier 4: €249/month + €0.20 transaction fee after 1001st order Tier 5: €749/month + €0.15 transaction fee after 5001st order
